The following are the positions currently available in our Omaha office.

FULL-TIME

Field Technician
The position consists of completing inspections of sanitary and storm sewers and the installation of flow monitoring equipment. The position will be part of a 2 or 3 person field team.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing, be capable of working outdoors year round, and have the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds). Extensive travel may be required and periodic exposure to raw sewage and entry in confined spaces is probable.

Preferred Skills: An applicant with previous experience and training in the use of flow monitoring equipment, confined space, and certifications in PACP and MACP by NASSCO is desired.

Technical Requirements: The successful candidate must be able to:

• read detailed field maps and efficiently move between project sites
• operate handheld digital data loggers, laptop computers, still and video cameras
• operate hand tools for the installation of flow metering equipment
• have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel computer software
• communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
