With a critical schedule and the need for a design that could be constructed easily and in keeping with the context of the site and the architecture of the nearby Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and Kansas City Convention Center, MoDOT selected a design team led by GBA to deliver a solution that is more than meeting expectations.
