George Butler Associates, Inc. Adds Staff
Lenexa, Kan. (July 31, 2998) – George Butler Associates, Inc. (GBA), an engineering and architectural firm headquartered here, has added the following staff:
Will Barkman has joined GBA’s Water Environment Group as a Water Resources Engineer specializing in stormwater analysis and design and erosion control. Barkman’s experience also includes design of levees, bank stabilization, creek realignment, and floodwalls.
Matt Just has joined the company’s Water Environment Group as a Sanitary Engineer. In this position, he will be involved in the study and design of a wide range of wastewater collection projects, including residential collection systems, interceptor sewers, pumping stations, and forcemains.
Doug Norman joins GBA’s Critical Facilities Design Studio as a Mechanical Engineer. The studio focuses on the planning and design of critical, zero-downtime environments such as telecommunications facilities and data centers. Norman is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Founded in 1969, GBA has a staff of more than 240 located in offices in Lenexa, Kansas; Kansas City, St. Louis, and O'Fallon in Missouri; and Lisle, Illinois.
