GBA traffic engineers and architects have designed hundreds of surface parking lots for residential and commercial developments like the 515-space lot at our headquarters at 9801 Renner Boulevard in Lenexa, Kansas. These surface lots are designed to maximize the number of available parking spaces, while providing the required vehicle and pedestrian circulation, passenger and cargo loading/unloading, truck access/circulation, handicap accessible spaces, durable pavement, and landscaped green space. Our designers also provided optimum lighting for our facilities meeting the latest local municipal and IES/ANSI standards for illuminance and uniformity.
