GBA was selected to perform commissioning services for the HVAC and fire alarm systems and their related DDC control systems for a new 90,000 sf three-story environmental health laboratory sciences building. The new facility included BSL2 laboratories, Class 100, Class 1,000, and Class 10,000 clean rooms, laboratory support space, supporting office space, and a new central plant.
Review project program and design
Participate in VE workshop at completion of design development
Perform design reviews throughout DD and CD phases of design
Develop commissioning specifications
Develop installation verification check sheets and functional performance tests
