Renner Ridge Corporate Center is a 75-acre business park and mixed-use development located at 95th and Renner Boulevard in Lenexa, Kansas. The initial project called for corporate offices, a hotel, and a retail center providing full services for tenants. The park features an open-space spine with lakes and water features centrally located for visibility from all streets and buildings. Water features provide detention, wetland mitigation, pedestrian access, and visual amenities for buildings and business park employees. GBA was responsible for land planning, environmental design and permitting, civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, land surveying, and city submittals.
