GBA provided site development services for Perceptive Software, Inc., the primary anchor of the Shawnee Crossings mixed-use development. The site is home to a Perceptive’s corporate headquarters, a three-story (plus basement) office building. The building features more than 102,000 gross square feet and is packed with features aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and retention while maintaining an efficient building shell that may be easily converted to a multi-tenant operation.
The site features ample parking, a large patio along the south elevation of the building, and a fire pit for the possible Friday cook-out.
GBA provided civil/site engineering; architecture; interior architecture; structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering services for the project.
