Old Town Cottleville Master Plan

Cottleville, Missouri

To begin developing a 2020 Vision for their historic central business district known as Old Town Cottleville, GBA was hired as the lead consultant to develop a comprehensive redevelopment plan. GBA handled all planning, technical engineering, and architectural components of the work as well as directing and managing the consultant team. Economic potential, commercial trade base, marketing strategies, and historic structure analysis were evaluated by sub-consultants.

The first phase of the Master Plan development consisted of four stages:

• Establishing the Vision
• Evaluating the Physical Character
• Designing the Future
• Implementing the Plan

The GBA team also assisted the City with finding and creating resources that would implement the plan.
