A linear radial design concept provides for flexible open space and maximizes views for employees in this new 128,000-sf, 3.5-story corporate headquarters in Renner Ridge Corporate Center in Lenexa, Kansas. U.S. Central, which has $33 billion in assets, is the nation’s only wholesale corporate credit union and is one of the most highly rated depository institutions in the world.
The new headquarters features a dramatic two-story atrium lobby with rich wood finishes. The building includes a food service/dining area and landscaped outdoor patio for employees that provide views of the surrounding business park. A fitness center is located on the lower level and offers direct access to nearby walking trails. A Phase II future addition of 48,000 sf has been designed to extend outward from the main lobby in a radial design.
