GBA provided master planning, design, and construction administration services as a design-build delivery process for this new Municipal Service Center. The plan called for the design of a new complex which includes an administration building, operations and vehicle maintenance building, a welding and storage building, a truck wash building, and fueling station complete with a canopy. The site also includes a cold storage area for over 100 city trucks, an employee terrace area, covered walkways, green space and a storm water detention pond. The administration building features a drive-through customer service window.
The Administration Building and its surrounding four acres are LEED Certified in accordance with the U.S. Green Building Council.
