Mixed-Use Campus Master Plan

This proposed 45-acre mixed-use development would take advantage of panoramic views to create facilities that could be used by, and create revenue for, the owner. The program calls for the following:

  • A 150-room hotel and conference center
  • Four 5-story apartment buildings, terraced to provide views
  • A central two-level, 780-space parking structure with landscaped rooftop plaza
  • Maintenance-provided attached and detached residential villas
  • Multi-story residential, with parking below

The conceptual plan calls for clustering the buildings along the ridgeline to maintain almost 50 percent of the site as open space, preserving the vistas and natural beauty of the land.

GBA provided conceptual planning and architectural design as well as cost estimates for infrastructure development of the site.
