This 400-acre development will contain a mix of single-family and multi-family residential, office, and retail uses. GBA developed the master plan, which creates a transition between a new urban residential community to the south and a more conventional residential community to the southeast.

Office and retail uses are located just off of the street, with single-family residential with rear-loaded lanes adjacent. More traditional single-family residential is laid out in a curvilinear grid featuring individual blocks centered around open space fingers to capitalize on the significant topography of the site. Buffers separate uses.

The development incorporates a large community park that also takes advantage of the topography and dramatic views, and recreation facilities at two locations. A landscaped parkway surrounded by greenspace runs north and south.
