National Pharmaceutical Client

GBA was selected to design a new cafeteria and dining facility for employees at this North Carolina national pharmaceutical plant. The project called for the design of a fun and inviting dining atmosphere complete with bold colors, windows and multiple food lines. To best achieve this atmosphere, a curved ceiling and curved panels coordinated with the spiraling stainless steel art were strategically placed throughout the cafeteria.

The entire dining area opens to the outside with full height curtain wall in an effort to maximize natural lighting. The facility can accommodate up to 300 people, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

GBA provided pre-design services along with architectural and engineering services.
