GBA provided architectural, structural, mechanical, civil, landscape architectural, and land surveying services for this new 128,000-sf, 3.5-story corporate headquarters for U.S. Central Credit Union. With $33 billion in assets, U.S. Central is the nation’s only wholesale corporate credit union and is one of the most highly rated depository institutions in the world, providing services to more than 10,000 credit unions nationwide.
The linear radial design concept maximizes views for all employees by providing a flexible open space area. Employee amenities include a food service/dining area and an outdoor patio. A fitness center is located on the lower level with direct access to nearby walking trails. A Phase II future addition of 48,000-sf will also extend outward from the main lobby or central core of the building.
