As leaders in the commissioning environment, GBA and its wholly owned subsidiary, ViroCon, have provided troubleshooting and commissioning services to both private sector clients and government agencies since 1984. The buildings group of 70 engineers, architects, and technicians focuses on design and commissioning of data centers, offices, laboratories, telecommunications facilities, correctional facilities, industrial facilities, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Commissioning is a prerequisite for LEED certification at any level.

We provide professional engineering experts in each discipline, with the design, construction, and testing experience to perform commissioning tasks. Our primary focus is on finding and correcting problems so that we can achieve our goal: to provide building systems that operate properly to meet the needs of the owner and user.
