Gary has led complex teams in the collection of complete and accurate data that our clients can depend on, as well as remarkable improvement plans to meet and exceed requirements. He is the Principal of the GBA Water Environment Group which includes seven departments covering all aspects of conveyance and treatment.
Gary is a chapter author for Chapter 3 of the Water Environment Federation’s “Private Property Infiltration and Inflow Control” publication. He assisted as a chapter author with the revision to the Water Environment Federation Manual of Practice 17, “Prevention and Control of Sewer System Overflows (Third Edition).” Gary has completed large-scale sewer improvement programs. Many of these projects have been under a Federal Consent Decree for major sewer entities such as the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Omaha, Nebraska and the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
