To support employee growth, BIVI selected GBA to provide complete architecture design services for a new four-story administration building. The 98,849-square foot facility houses the finance, IT, purchasing, human resources, business development, legal, regulatory and sales marketing functions.

Project Elements

  • The lower level offers several training rooms with built in projector screens, audio/visual equipment, and moveable partition walls
  • Full-service dining area with outdoor patio
  • Availability of a fitness room complete with locker rooms
  • Open office area accommodations
  • Implemented efficient on-site parking that works with the natural topography to accommodate commercial delivery truck access

Interior features of the building include raised access flooring which allows flexibility for future office layouts, and the incorporation of Machine RoomLess (MRL) elevators.
