Site Development and Building Code Services

The GBA Site Development team is serving as the Building Permitting Agent on behalf of the University of Missouri system. Site utilities include water service, telecom service and HVE. Site work includes building pad, parking lot base and retaining walls as well as reviewing plans, specifications and construction documents for compliance with newly adopted building codes.

The 324,445-square foot facility consists of a seven-story, plus basement and mechanical penthouse constructed on the east side of the Patient Care Tower. GBA is serving as coordinator for the University of Missouri building permit services throughout the project.

GBA work closely with other members of the AEC team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Indoor Football Practice Facility at the University of Missouri

The GBA Site Development team served as the Building Permitting Agent on behalf of the University of Missouri system. The project consists of a new 84,000-square foot steel frame metal building adjacent to Memorial Stadium northwest corner of Champions and Providence, including viewing mezzanines and restroom areas, full-size indoor football field, storage and minimal support spaces for football team practices.

Children’s Hospital, University of Missouri-Columbia

GBA is serving as coordinator for the University of Missouri building permit services throughout the project. The project consists of a seven-story, plus basement and mechanical penthouse, 324,445-square foot facility constructed on the east side of the Patient Care Tower at the University of Missouri-Columbia. It is expected to be completed by 2024.
