Engineering Specialties
- Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI)
A leader in Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), GBA’s LPA-certified inspectors provide a wide array of construction-based services throughout the construction lifecycle. In addition to construction management and contract administration, GBA has the technical resources to provide construction inspection and materials testing using dedicated on-site engineers and credentialed technicians on projects ranging from small municipal improvements to major interstate construction.
- Electrical
GBA’s electrical engineers design the systems associated with pharmaceutical, industrial, warehouse and office facilities. From electrical power systems design to lighting to working on switchboards, motor control centers, diesel generators, automatic transfer switches and uninterruptible power supplies, there is no project too big or too small for the team.
- Mechanical
The mechanical engineering team at GBA designs mechanical HVACs, plumbing and piping for pharmaceutical, industrial and manufacturing-type facilities. The mechanical system design includes custom and semi-custom air handling units, ductwork sizing and air terminals in addition to working with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, piping and plumbing fixtures.
