GBA Announces Strategic Leadership Transition

(LENEXA, Kansas. – February 1) – GBA is proud to announce the promotion of Clint Loumaster to Civil department lead after Brad Burton, department lead for 13 years, will transition to part-time status. Les Barnt, will also serve as dedicated Principal for the Civil group. Michael Lay will continue to lead the Survey department.

“This transition was a natural fit, as Les, Brad, Michael and their respective markets have collaborated weekly, if not daily, on various projects for more than 30 years,” said Jim Jarrett, GBA President.

The Civil group has experienced exponential growth in recent years, partnering with GBA’s affiliate companies, and completing many high-profile projects throughout the Midwest. By utilizing cutting-edge technology, such as Mobile LiDAR, staff can complete projects more efficiently than ever, on-time and on budget.
