US-50 Over Chipman Rd. Ribbon Cutting
On September 8, 2022, Missouri Governor Mike Parson, the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri Department of Transportation, GBA and partners cut the ribbon on the Route 50 bridge over Chipman Rd. in Lees Summit!
GBA was hired by MODOT to research, design and manage the construction of the bridge that originally was scheduled to be completed in February 2023. By completely closing a portion of US-50 for construction this past spring, crews were able to accelerate the project with full completion expected in just a few weeks.
