Meet Our Dynamic Team

Molly has experience designing and managing the life science architectural team on highly technical, multimillion-dollar projects across the US. As a licensed architect, she has extensive experience planning and designing cGMP manufacturing facilities. Her projects range includes clean room manufacturing spaces, biotech, oral solid dose, vaccine, packaging, hazardous materials containment, animal health, laboratories, gowning, warehousing and cafeteria office buildings. Using her broad background, Molly works with the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers creating site master plans. In addition to leading the programming and conceptual design team, Molly’s skills include technical architectural drawing creation, leading large multidiscipline project teams, and construction administration services. Molly also oversees GBA’s BIM team, overseeing standard development and quality initiatives.
