Meet Our Dynamic Team

Scott is a seasoned construction and business attorney with demonstrated strength in contracts and has served as outside counsel to both construction firms and engineering/architecture firms. He is responsible for working with Project Managers, Directors, Principals and Affiliate Presidents to review contracts, serve as a legal advisor, aid with board governance, act as an intermediary for dispute resolution, coordinate with outside counsel and lead efforts on licensing and registrations. Scott’s background includes developing and maintaining client relationships, a broad base of procedural and substantive legal experience, knowledge of insurance products and coverage, and defending and prosecuting a wide variety of design and construction claims.
