Paige Wixson as Next President

Effective October 1, 2026, Paige Wixson will become the next president of GBA Builders, succeeding Joshua Reeves, who will retire at the end of the year. The planned transition reflects years of intentional succession planning and leadership development.

“Strong organizations are built to endure, and that requires developing future leaders well before a transition occurs,” Reeves said. “Paige has earned this opportunity through years of focus, adaptability, and hard work. I have complete confidence in her leadership and in the future of GBA Builders.”

Wixson brings a career grounded in construction operations and project delivery. She has supported high-dollar construction contracts and complex design-build and renovation projects in the federal, mission critical, life sciences, and industrial markets. Her portfolio spans medical facilities, infrastructure, historical sites, and building systems, with many projects completed in occupied, fully operational environments.

Wixson has built her leadership foundation by guiding GBA Builders through growth, strengthening organizational performance, and developing the people and capabilities needed for long-term success. In roles spanning operations, pursuits, and business development, she has consistently connected strategic priorities to business results while prioritizing collaboration across teams and disciplines. Through her service on the GBA Companies Board of Directors since 2023, she has also gained a broader enterprise perspective and demonstrated the vision, judgment, and organizational understanding needed to lead GBA Builders.
