Transforming Herff Jones

State-of-the-Art Expansion at Midpoint Corporate Center

Edwardsville, KS

Project Overview

Indianapolis-based Herff Jones, a leading manufacturer of high school yearbooks and jewelry moved its printing plant to a new 17-acre site in Edwardsville, Kansas. The single-story, 128,000-SF yearbook printing and production plant, home to 240 employees, was the first building at the 75-acre Midpoint Corporate Center.

Needing to expand, they were seeking experienced industrial engineers, architects and designers for a new warehouse and office expansion project. In 2017, the GBA Industrial Team worked with Herff Jones and added a 45,000-SF warehouse, a 6,640-SF mezzanine and a 3,000-SF office space.
