Woodend 1 Industrial Building

Edwardsville, Kansas

GBA and partners provided designs for the Woodend 1 Industrial Building in Edwardsville, Kansas. The team completed construction in February 2014, with tenant improvements completed within a few months of full occupancy.  GBA provided architecture services for this design-build project.

The project sits on a 40-acre park with two building shells that include flex space for distribution, warehouse and manufacturing space in addition to office space.
