DAX/GBA Builders (GBAB) joint venture (JV) is a CVE verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and SBA Approved Mentor Protege participant. We have the in-house capabilities to provide general contracting and construction management services to owners in the following market sectors: federal, commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mission critical, industrial, infrastructure and civil.
Both firms work together to achieve one common goal – providing client satisfaction. This single focus has influenced how we serve our clients, and how we do business. The DAX/GBAB JV team is comprised of construction professionals who bring successful project experience in both new construction and renovation projects. Experience includes work for the VA, USACE, GSA, USDA, National Guard, EPA and private clients.
The DAX/GBAB JV team maintains a complete staff of project management, field supervision, project administration, estimating, scheduling, quality control, safety and other vital services to support any issued solicitation. We represent the owner’s best interests at every step of the project phase and promote teamwork among all project stakeholders. In addition, we add clarity to even the most complicated technical aspects of your construction project, allowing you to make informed decisions that provide optimal results.
