Andrew is a project manager primarily for bridge inspection and load rating projects. He has a diverse bridge background including design, emergency repairs, construction inspection, load ratings and in-service inspections. His bridge inspection experience of over 2,000 structures includes routine inspections, fracture critical inspections, non-destructive testing, rope access, emergency damage inspections and ancillary inspections.
