Beau has 25+ years of experience in DOT project delivery and management. He is recognized for delivering high-quality results, collaboration, and high energy.  Beau has extensive experience in Design-Build and Alternative Delivery Projects, responsible for owner oversight and managing construction, maintenance, and operations.  Beau has managed the construction of numerous Design-Build projects across Texas. He also has experience in managing design teams on various projects, from small rural rehabilitations to complex urban full redesigns, as well as managing construction on many traditional transportation projects.  Beau has experience producing full PS&E for projects.
