Beth is an experienced technical leader for projects involving watershed level planning and developing nature-based solutions for addressing flooding and erosion issues. Beth has become GBA’s leader in 1D and 2D HEC-RAS modeling for floodplain and watershed studies, bridge and roadway design and permitting.
