Cara brings more than 17 years of experience in planning, project management, and business development across local government, regional planning, and consulting. Her background includes comprehensive and long-range planning, transportation and corridor planning, capital improvement programming, grant funding, and public engagement.

In her role, Cara focuses on growing GBA’s municipal and site development markets across the Kansas City region. She does this through client relationships, market research, and strategic pursuit. Having worked inside local government, she understands how communities plan and fund their projects, and she brings that perspective to every client conversation. She is passionate about building long-term partnerships and helping communities advance their priorities.
