Clint Loumaster, PE
Director

Clint has served as a design engineer and project manager for a variety of civil engineering projects since joining GBA in 2006. He has provided design for site grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer systems, stormwater detention, stormwater quality BMPs, roadways, erosion control and utilities, from preliminary planning through the development of construction documents and specifications and construction administration. His projects include roadway and storm drainage projects as well as mixed-use, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, recreational, municipal and residential developments.
