With years of experience in environmental and civil projects, Colleen specializes in planning, sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, water distribution, and environmental compliance. Colleen has provided engineering consulting services to both private-sector and public-sector clients. Her responsibilities have included preparing design reports, calculations, construction plans, and technical specifications. Colleen has served in multiple positions at GBA, from staff engineer to project manager. Her experience enables her to communicate effectively across all aspects of a project, from surveying to CAD work to design to construction.
