Colleen Connor, PE
Senior Associate | Wastewater

With years of experience in environmental and civil projects, Colleen specializes in planning, sanitary and storm sewer collection, water distribution, and environmental compliance work. Colleen has provided engineering consulting services to both private-sector and public-sector clients. Her responsibilities have included preparing design reports, calculations, construction plans, and technical specifications. Colleen has served in multiple positions at GBA, from staff engineer to project manager. Her experience allows her to communicate efficiently across all aspects of a project, from survey to CAD work to design to construction.
