Dave has experience covering a wide range of traffic engineering projects, including intersection design and layout, construction traffic control/maintenance, traffic signal design and coordination of system timings, traffic calming (including roundabouts) and the application of traffic control devices such as pavement marking and signing. Dave also leads many transportation planning studies for both public and private sector clients to evaluate development traffic impacts, parking/circulation needs, roadway corridors, innovative interchanges and safety improvements.
