Doug has a thorough understanding of stormwater engineering and construction and has led many successful projects in the Kansas City metro area. Doug served on the Johnson County SMP’s System Management committee. He has a multi-discipline background of both education and experience which allows him to meet the demands of complex system management, planning, design and construction project work. He has also led many public meetings to discuss project issues with passionate stakeholders. Doug has managed both sanitary and storm design projects which utilize GIS software to more efficiently draft plan sheets and manage construction as-built information within clients’ GIS data. Doug is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control and stormwater quality.
