Ethan is passionate about designing solutions that benefit both the community and its most important natural resource—water. At GBA, he specializes in wastewater and collection systems, including wastewater facility planning, I/I reduction, sanitary sewer design and collection system rehabilitation. Ethan has also developed skills in GIS mapping, data analysis, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, environmental permitting and flow monitoring analysis.
