Harland is a Regional Business Development Manager in GBA’s Survey Development group. He is an experienced project manager and senior civil engineering technician with a history of working in Site Development. He has experience planning and designing industrial, commercial, retail, residential, medical and multi-family projects. He is a former elected municipal official (City Council) and current Leavenworth County Development Corporation executive board member. He always seeks out and seeks to build relationships and explore teaming opportunities in Kansas, Missouri and Texas!
