Meet Our Dynamic Team

Jaime has extensive experience in routine and fracture-critical bridge inspections, including structural evaluation, load ratings, and the preparation of bridge inspection reports. Before joining GBA, Jaime owned his own firm, where he worked on routine and fracture-critical teams for TxDOT. He has worked as a project engineer, performing inspections, completing load ratings for various bridge elements, scheduling inspections, and training new personnel.

Jaime has experience inspecting and evaluating different types of structures, including bridges, storage tanks, commercial and residential buildings, parking garages and other structural elements. He has conducted nondestructive testing of various types of concrete structures, including corrosion testing, surface-penetrating radar, and other tests as necessary to assess the cause and degree of deterioration.
