Ken is the Chief Administrative Officer providing leadership for most of the GBA Corporate Services team, including Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing. He has extensive executive level experience growing organizations, launching new products and revenue streams, eliminating waste and analyzing issues to act decisively to move business forward in a profitable and scalable way. He is known for his ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details and implementing sound business principles with intentional structure for successful initiatives and organizational turnarounds. He is a collaborative team leader that identifies smart resources and people and then empowering them to lead.
