Kenny Hoy
Chief Construction Estimator

Kenny leads the estimating efforts for GBA Builders. His responsibilities include the support and management of the estimating group, bidding, buyout and design assistance. Kenny brings more than 30 years of experience in estimating for projects – ranging in size from $5,000 to more than $90 million. He has held the role of project manager, superintendent and estimating/pre-construction manager for a variety of projects during his career. Kenny’s role in most projects includes the complete estimation of the project and working with the team and subcontractors to ensure a successful bid.
