Les brings proven leadership and high-performance results to each initiative and project that he has worked on during his professional career. He currently provides business and operational oversite to GBA’s Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Industrial and Site Development market leaders.

Les has led complex multi-disciplined project teams of Surveyors, Engineers (civil, mechanical, structural and electrical), Architects, Scientists and Technical Specialists from Planning, Design through Construction. He is an integral part of projects focusing on overall budgeting for future Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for public entities to developing overall costs for private entities to work in conjunction with public funding mechanisms.

Les has been involved and/or led initiatives for GBA that were firsts within the KC Metropolitan area. Some of these initiatives/projects include developing the Johnson County Wetland Bank, Sprint World Headquarters and Liberty, Missouri WWTP including the administration buildings, roadway and the collection system which was completed via Design Build.
