Lori serves as Chair of the GBA Companies Board of Directors as an external director. She is a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in global businesses ranging in size from $350M to $3.9B. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for providing business insight, transformational leadership and the strategic vision needed to enhance productivity, operational performance and shareholder value.

Her expertise spans multiple industries, including banking, retail, telecommunications, professional services (accounting and management consulting), medical device manufacturing and engineering and construction. She currently serves on boards in the engineering and banking industries and has led strategy development and organizational change in complex, dynamic environments.

Known for her ability to balance respect with candor, Lori brings a strong sense of responsibility, accountability and forward-thinking leadership to GBA.
