In her role as GBA’s leader in expanding our transportation design services in Texas, Lynn believes that we gain and serve our clients best by listening to the diverse perspectives of their leaders, staff, and communities. In this way, we can fully understand and align ourselves with them in developing the right solutions to achieve their goals and further increase the success of their organizations.

Lynn has over 18 years of transportation engineering experience in Texas.  She came to GBA from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) with 13 years of service and from her most recent role as the Section Director of Rural Districts for the Professional Engineering Procurement Services Division. She and her team of engineers and contract specialists procured and executed contracts for 11 of the 25 TxDOT Districts and provided oversight and management of their annual consultant contract capacity of over $350 million dollars.
