Marsia Geldert-Murphey brings more than 30 years of experience managing complex environmental, geotechnical, and transportation projects throughout the Midwest. As leader of GBA’s O’Fallon office, she oversees operations, business development and growth strategy, supporting the firm’s expansion across Illinois and the broader region.
Known for her ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, Marsia’s expertise spans geotechnical reports, NEPA documentation, project development, engineering design and construction engineering. Her strategic mindset and hands-on leadership consistently drive successful outcomes for clients.
Marsia is also a recognized industry leader and served as the 2024 Global President of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where she helped shape the future of civil engineering on a global scale.
