Ryan is a highly experienced bridge design engineer who is adept at conducting both in-service and construction inspections, as well as bridge load ratings. His vast knowledge of all aspects of bridge-related work has been gained through working on various projects. Ryan holds a PE license in four states and has been certified by the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) for bridge inspections.
