Meet Our Dynamic Team

As GBA’s Roadway Group Leader, Sam is responsible for all aspects of group management, including business development, project delivery, talent management, and financial operations. Sam has been involved in various roadway and highway design projects for municipalities and departments of transportation (DOTs). In addition to his role as Roadway Group Leader, Sam serves as project manager and lead designer for predominantly DOT projects. His project experience includes both rural and urban roadways, innovative grade-separated interchanges, and complex roundabouts through all phases of design, from preliminary concept and alignment studies to the development of final plans, contract documents, and estimates. In addition to traditional design-bid-build project delivery, Sam has been involved in multiple design-build projects from procurement through design and construction.
