Sam is responsible for all aspects of group management, including business development, project delivery, talent management, and financial operations. Sam has been involved in a variety of roadway and highway design projects for both municipalities and departments of transportation (DOTs).  Most recently serving as project manager and lead designer for predominantly DOT projects.  His project experience includes both rural and urban roadways, innovative grade-separated interchanges, and complex roundabouts through all phases of design, from preliminary alignment studies to the development of final plans, contract documents, and estimates.
