Project Overview

To foster employee growth and enhance operational efficiency, Boehringer-Ingelheim Vetmedica (BIVI) selected GBA to deliver comprehensive architectural design services for a new four-story administration building. This 98,849-square-foot facility is meticulously designed to accommodate essential departments, including finance, IT, purchasing, human resources, business development, legal, regulatory, and sales and marketing, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.

Project Elements

• Training Facilities: The lower level features multiple training rooms equipped with built-in projector screens, audio/visual equipment, and movable partition walls.
• Dining Area: A full-service dining area is available, complete with an outdoor patio for al fresco dining.
• Fitness Room: Employees have access to a fitness room that includes locker rooms for convenience.
• Open Office Spaces: The design includes open office areas to promote collaboration and flexibility.
• Parking Solutions: Efficient on-site parking is designed to work with the natural topography, ensuring easy access for commercial delivery trucks.
• Interior Features: The building incorporates raised access flooring for adaptable office layouts and Machine RoomLess (MRL) elevators for efficient vertical transportation.
