Engineering The Sprint World Headquarters Campus

Overland Park, Kansas
The Sprint World Headquarters Campus in Overland Park, Kansas, spans 207 acres and includes 21 buildings totaling 3.8 million square feet of office space, along with 15 covered parking garages. GBA partnered with Sprint, Zimmer Real Estate Services and the Hillier Group to deliver comprehensive site/civil engineering and environmental design services.

GBA’s work included street and storm sewer design, site layout and finish grading, as well as construction coordination and as-built documentation for all campus utilities. GBA also provided construction staking for every project component. GBA affiliate, ViroCon, supported the development with building and commissioning services.

In 2019, Sprint World Headquarters was acquired by Occidental Management, Inc., and has since been known as Aspiria.
