Project Overview
In coordination with developer Blue Road Investments, GBA Industrial Group partnered with Cerris Builders to provide design-build services for a 315,000 SF speculative cross-dock warehouse in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

The building design included load-bearing tilt-wall construction and conventional steel roof framing. Design and permitting took approximately 12 weeks, and construction took 10 months.
